Before placing an order with Mellow, we recommend thoroughly researching the product you intend to purchase. If you need additional information about a product before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Missing/Damaged Items
If your purchase contains damaged items or if any items are missing, please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us at info@mellow.plus, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Return Instructions
To process a return, please contact info@mellow.plus. This ensures that your return is handled correctly. We are not responsible for items returned to us without prior notification. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return and may ask for additional information as a condition of the return.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of items, including any expedited shipping charges chosen at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as Mellow is not liable for any products lost or damaged during return shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once the return has arrived at our facility.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already shipped, you must follow the regular return process outlined above.
